All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days of purchase.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with your tracking number at the beginning of the processing period.

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Due to COVID-19, Delays are possible.  Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order 

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you’re tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input you’re tracking number. 

Mail Carrier Returned Orders

If a package is not able to be delivered by USPS it will likely be returned to sender (HONEYROUX). Please note these packages may take 5-7 business days to return to us. Once we receive the package we will attempt to redeliver the order. Processing for redelivers for insufficient address or any other return reason may take 3 to 4 business days to process and reship due to high order volume. 

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
